100% Lemon (without the peel) - Our organic lemon powder starts out as fresh whole lemons grown in Italy. Once harvested, the peels are removed, and the remaining fruit is freeze-dried to maximize the flavor and nutrition. As the final step, they are ground to a fine powder and packaged. We initially launched a lemon powder which included the peel, but many of our customers did not like the bitter taste of the peel so we created this product with the peel removed.
