Impressive list of great things including organic, non-GMO, third party tested, manufactured in a gmp complaint facility, freeze dried for protecting nutritive qualities and 100% fruiting body which is absolutely amazing considering most lions mane is made in an inferior way that does not support such a high amount of beta-glucans as this brand has. At 144 mg beta-glucans, that is very impressive.The capsule size is normal for me and I have had no problems with swallowing it. This is also a great value since you get the equivalent of 5,000mg raw lions mane in each capsule. Love the way it has helped me and I will continue to take this quality supplement.
