Broccoli Sprout Smoothie Recipe

This broccoli sprout smoothie is not only delicious but also packed with nutrients. Our easy-to-follow recipe includes simple, whole-food ingredients that make for a perfectly healthy breakfast, snack, or even lunch.

 In your blender, combine: 

1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen) 
1/8 of a cup of chia seeds 
1 scoop KOYAH broccoli sprout powder 
16 oz of preferred milk
