This wild blueberry smoothie is a powerhouse of health. This mix is packed with healthy ingredients and is simple, healthy, and delicious. Wild blueberries have an impressive amount of antioxidants, so adding a scoop or two of wild blueberry powder to your smoothie is a no-brainer.
In your blender, combine:
1 scoop KOYAH wild blueberry powder (or 1/4 cup frozen wild blueberries)
1 scoop KOYAH banana powder (or 1/4 cup of fresh or frozen banana)
1 scoop KOYAH spinach powder (or 1 cup of fresh organic spinach)
1/2 cup of cashews
1 cup ice
1 cup non-dairy milk
Blend on high until desired consistency.
