Raspberry Overnight Oats

Raspberry Overnight Oats. We love this simple, delicious, healthy meal prep breakfast with only eight ingredients and one bowl. It's a delightful way to get your day started.

In your bowl, combine: 
3/4 cup old fashioned oats
1 scoop KOYAH raspberry powder (or 15 fresh raspberries) 
1 scoop KOYAH banana powder (or 1/4 cup raw and diced banana) 
1 scoop KOYAH lemon powder (or juice from 1/2 lemon) 
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup non-dairy milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Stir all of the ingredients together until everything is evenly mixed. 

Let sit for 4-6hrs. Overnight preferably. Store in fridge in an airtight container. 

Serves 2
