This raspberry detox smoothie is delightfully tart and fresh. This blend aids digestion, coming from the raspberry, lemon, and ginger.
In your blender, add:
2 scoops of KOYAH lemon powder (or the juice of 1 whole lemon)
1 scoop KOYAH raspberry powder (or 15 fresh raspberries)
1 scoop of KOYAH banana powder (or 1/4 cup fresh peeled banana)
1 small piece of ginger (thumbnail size should do)
1 cup of ice
1 1/2 cups water
1 tbsp flax meal
Blend on high until desired consistency.
