This raspberry detox smoothie is delightfully tart and fresh. This blend aids in digestion, coming from the raspberry, lemon, ginger, and flax meal. We created something that tastes good and is full of superfoods.
In your blender, add:
2 scoops of KOYAH lemon powder (or the juice of 1 whole lemon)
1 scoop KOYAH raspberry powder (or 15 fresh raspberries)
1 scoop of KOYAH banana powder (or 1/4 cup fresh peeled banana)
1 small piece of ginger (thumbnail size should do)
1 cup of ice
1 1/2 cups water
1 tbsp flax meal
Blend on high until desired consistency.
