Pumpkin Chia Pudding
Who doesn't love pumpkin pie? This pumpkin chia pudding tastes like a holiday treat but without guilt. You'll fall in love with this pumpkin chia seeding pudding recipe. Incredibly easy to make, this mix can easily be breakfast, snack, lunch, or dessert.
In a bowl, combine:
1 can coconut milk
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 scoop KOYAH spinach powder
1/4 cup chia seed1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Mix all of the ingredients with a spoon until well blended.
Let sit for 4-6hrs. Overnight preferably. Store in fridge in an airtight container.
