Pumpkin Smoothie

This pumpkin smoothie is the perfect blend. We love combining kale powder and turmeric, making this an extra healthy anti-inflammatory smoothie. 

In your blender, add:
1 scoop KOYAH kale  (or 1 cup fresh kale) 
1 frozen banana (chopped) 
1/4 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling) 
3 dates -pitted
1/4 tsp ground turmeric 
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 cup of water or milk of choice 
1 cup of ice 

Blend until smooth. 

Serves 1
