Mango Chia Seed Pudding
We love chia seed puddings. This mango chia seed pudding is dreamy, creamy, and delicious. The mango, banana, and lemon combination is the perfect healthy mix and only takes a few minutes to prep.
In a bowl, combine:
1 cup coconut milk (canned, full fat, unsweetened)
1 scoop KOYAH banana powder
1 scoop KOYAH lemon powder
1 scoop KOYAH mango powder
1/4 cup chia seeds
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and seal with a lid. Place in the fridge for 4-6hrs overnight, preferably.
