Making crepes is way easier than you think, and healthier when you add a full scoop of KOYAH spinach powder to the mix. Follow the recipe below for our veggie loaded savory thin pancake.
In this order combine:
2 tbsp tapioca flour
1 scoop KOYAH spinach powder
A dash of salt, pepper
2 eggs
Whisk vigorously
Pour into warm egg pan and cook like a pancake. Try to slip a spatula under the sides. Once ready flip.
Garnish with hummus, avocado and herbs.
