These healthy overnight oats are healthy, easy, and delicious. Green from the spinach powder and tasty from the banana powder. This breakfast batch is hands down the best way to get your day started.
In a bowl, combine:
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup of any milk
1 scoop KOYAH banana powder (or 1/4 cup freshly sliced banana)
1 scoop KOYAH spinach powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup walnuts (crushed or chopped)
2 tbsp cacao nibs
Stir all of the ingredients together until everything is evenly mixed.
Place the bowl covered in the fridge for 4-6 hours, overnight preferably. Overnight preferably.
