This broccoli sprout soup is delicious, especially with the addition of miso. This soup is warm, comfortable, and savory. Eat this; your taste buds and insides will thank you.
4 cups vegetable broth
2 tbsp miso paste
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 scoop broccoli sprouts (or 1/4 cup fresh broccoli sprouts)
Add vegetables to the pot.
Add broth and miso paste to the pot.
Bring to simmer for 7-12 minutes.
Add a scoop of KOYAH broccoli sprouts to your bowl once it's cooled, and then serve.
