Broccoli Sprout Smoothie
Who doesn't love a smoothie loaded with superfoods? This broccoli sprout smoothie is delicious, plant-based, and filled to the brim with health benefits. This simple smoothie will fill you up.In your blender, combine:
1 scoop broccoli sprout powder (or 1/4 cup fresh broccoli sprouts)
1 scoop banana powder (or 1/4 cup fresh banana)
1 scoop mango powder (or 1/4 cup frozen mango)
1 scoop kale powder (or 1 cup fresh kale)
1 cup of ice
1 cup of non-dairy milk
A small pinch of cayenne pepper seasoning
Blend on high until desired consistency.
