Who loves beets? We do! This beet smoothie bowl will supercharge your day with this superfood-rich mix.
In your blender, combine:
1 scoop KOYAH beet powder (or 1/2 beet -chopped)
1 scoop KOYAH wild blueberry powder (or 1/4 cup frozen wild blueberries)
1 scoop KOYAH banana powder (or 1/4 cup chopped frozen banana)
1 frozen avocado
1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds
dash of maple syrup
1/4 cup of water or non-dairy milk (add in slowly for consistency)
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Add liquid and sweetener as needed for desired consistency and taste. Serve in a bowl, and garnish with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
