This recipe for beet overnight oats is an easy and delicious way to start your day.
In a bowl, combine:
1 scoop KOYAH beet powder1 scoop KOYAH banana powder
1/2 apple (diced into small pieces)
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup + an extra splash of preferred milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 chopped walnuts
1 tbsp maple syrup
Combine all of the ingredients with a spoon until mixed.
Let sit for 4-6hrs. Overnight preferably.
