These vegan chocolate energy balls are super easy. We sneak in some finely ground coffee and cacao powder to give you that extra bit of energy. Always whole foods, organic, and full of nutrients. These tasty snacks won't disappoint.
1 scoop KOYAH spinach powder
1 scoop KOYAH raspberry powder
1/2 cup dates (best if you soak them in water for 5-10 minutes, then pour out the remaining water)
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup of chopped almonds
1/4 cup chopped cashews
1/2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp finely ground coffee beans
1 tbsp maple syrup
Step 1. Add the dates and almond butter to your blender—pulse and work to mix everything evenly together.
Step 2. Once the almond butter and dates are blended, put them in a bowl and mix the rest of the ingredients evenly together.
Step 3. Roll mixture into 12 small balls and place in fridge or freezer.
