Raspberry Bliss Balls

Raspberry Bliss Balls 

Have you tried raspberry powder in your bliss balls yet? These raspberry protein balls are the perfect bite to eat. 

Here's a simple recipe you can make in less than 15 minutes and have snacks for the week. 

Ingredients: 

1 scoop KOYAH raspberry powder 
1 cup almond butter
1 cup pitted dates (best to soak them in water for 5-10 minutes. Pour out water before blending)
1/2 cup finely chopped cashews 
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup cacao nibs or chocolate chips 

Directions: 

Step 1. Place the cashew nuts in your blender and pulse until they are in small pieces. Then, put it in your mixing bowl. 

Step 2. Combine the dates and almond butter into the blender—pulse and work to mix everything evenly together. Add to the mixing bowl with chopped nuts. 

Step 3. Add the rest of the ingredients and evenly mix everything. 

Step 4. Roll one tablespoon of the mixture into a ball with your hands. 

Step 5. Serve or store. Keep bliss balls in the fridge or freezer in an air-tight container.
