How to Make Homemade Popsicles

We're on the homemade popsicle bandwagon. They're easy to make. You can add a scoop or two of any KOYAH products as a healthy add-in. Guess what? Kids love them!

This homemade popsicle recipe is simple with only four ingredients, healthy and kid-approved. 

In your blender or bowl, combine: 
1 scoop KOYAH kale  (or 1 cup fresh kale)
1 scoop KOYAH mango (or 1/4 cup small slices of mango, fresh or frozen) 
1 scoop KOYAH banana (or 1 /4 cup banana) 
1/2 cups of water
1 cup preferred milk 

Mix until smooth, then add to popsicle molds. Place in the freezer for at least 4 to 6 hours.

Once frozen, enjoy!
