It seems like the use for chia seeds is endless. You can use them in baking, oats, smoothies and creamy dreamy puddings. We really love using chia seeds in puddings.
In a bowl combine:
1 scoop KOYAH beet powder
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup of chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix evenly, cover and place in the fridge for 4-6hrs, overnight preferably.
