Pumpkin Ginger Turmeric Smoothie

This pumpkin smoothie recipe is the perfect blend. We love the addition of turmeric and ginger, making this an anti-inflammatory smoothie. 

We loaded this blend to the brim with nutrients. We've mixed in our kale powder, turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger. So not only will this smoothie give you a boost from the healthy superfoods, it's filling and a great meal replacement. So enjoy this vegan pumpkin smoothie! 

To your blender, add:
1 scoop KOYAH kale  (or 1 cup fresh kale) 
2 scoops KOYAH banana powder (or 1 cup fresh or frozen banana)
1/2 cup puree pumpkin
Three dates -pitted
1/2 tsp ground turmeric 
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp of cinnamon 
piece of fresh ginger (or 1/2 tsp ginger powder)
1 cup of water 

Blend high until desired consistency. 
Serves 1
